RIO Services provides professional cleaning services throughout Cork, Ireland. Our services include:

We are committed to providing high-quality services and will make every effort to meet or exceed your expectations. All work is performed by trained and insured professionals.
Booking and Payment
Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to decline service requests
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email
Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking for most services
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe
- Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment must be completed before service delivery
- Additional charges may apply for extra services requested on-site
Pricing
Service prices are provided as estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, additional services requested, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Less than 12 hours: No refund available
- No-show: Full charge applies
Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the service location and requirements
- Ensure safe access to the property and work areas
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items
- Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions
- Provide reasonable access to water and electricity if required
- Be present or arrange for someone to be present during service
- Report any concerns or issues promptly
Liability and Insurance
Our Insurance Coverage
RIO Services carries comprehensive liability insurance and all our staff are fully insured. We take full responsibility for any damage caused by our negligence during service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Damage to items not secured as requested
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Damage caused by circumstances beyond our control
Claims Process
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all valid claims promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will:
- Return to address any issues at no additional cost
- Provide a partial refund if appropriate
- Work with you to find a satisfactory solution

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RIO Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be resolved through the Irish court system or through alternative dispute resolution methods.
